What We Do

The Saskatchewan Young Leaders Committee (the Committee) serves the Saskatchewan Young Leaders Community Members (SYL Community Members). The Committee exists to:

Strengthen the Saskatchewan Credit Union System;
Develop the leadership skills of SYL Community Members; and
Provide opportunities for SYL Community Members to apply those leadership skills.

It’s a new era with a new concept – leading from any seat. Organizations have started to build leaders within all areas of an organization regardless of their title. This is not necessarily the norm for organizations, but we have started to see a shift and organizations are starting to make the change.
